By the decree of KBR president Arsen Kanokov on October, 15th in Kabardino-Balkaria it is declared the day of mourning for the victims of terrorists’ attack. In the republic flags are lowered, all entertaining program on the local TV are cancelled.
In the interview to one of local newspapers president Kanokov emphasized, «there are those forces, which do not like the firm rate taken by the new leadership on putting things in order both in economy, and in mutual relations of authority and the public». The president told that personnel changes in the management of power structures are not excluded.
In Nalchik on these days there is funeral of the victims. In hospitals there are 104 wounded men. 6 hard wounded by special plane were sent to Moscow.
