Viacheslav Dolcherievich has high economic education, graduated the Shahtinsky institute of technology of Rostov area.
After the graduation of the institute he started working in the economic sphere.
For many years he was successfully engaged in the enterprise activities.
In September, 2002 he was appointed to the post of the 1-st assistant of the head of the administration of municipal education “Maykop town», where supervised the financial and economic questions.
Since 2005 he was the chairman of the directors board of the company «Milky Combine «Adygheysky».
