In Maykop from the territory of enterprise “Adygeya Airlines” three planes AN-2 disappeared. The law enforcement bodies of the republic do not qualify the fact as stealing, as, in their opinion, it could be considered as arbitrariness.
“About the incident it was reported to the Russian aircraft Management in the SFD, to the Southern transport office of Public Prosecutor and, accordingly, to the law enforcement bodies of Krasnodar region, — the transport public prosecutor of Adygeya Ismail Chich told. — Searching for these aircrafts is now conducted. In any case, we shall investigate, where they are, and in the same place they will be seized”.
On March, 16th, as he said, those planes intended for agricultural works, were disassembled in the airport territory and taken out in parts to the northwest suburbs of Maykop town. Militia employees were watching that «operation».
On the field where the country sites are located, a brigade which had arrived from Yeysk town Krasnodar region began their completion. “When that phase was coming to end, — the interlocutor noted, — it was already clear that the planes were being prepared for a start. Therefore on March, 20th the Ministry of Internal Affairs seized them”.
“During this seizing businessman Borisenko from Yeysk which according to contracts rented the planes has been called to the place, — the transport public prosecutor explained. — And he promised to arrive on March, 22nd, and not only with corresponding documents, but also with the commission from Moscow which would estimate the planes for their suitability to flights”.
Militia, according to the interlocutor, in confidence that the businessman and the commission would really arrive, took off the cordon. There were only those security guards who were employed by the businessman. However, as the interrogation of the summer residents, neighboring to the field, confirmed, one day earlier the promised arrival of the visitors the planes flied up.
The businessman, Ismail Chich noted, assures that the planes were delivered to Yeysk by motor transport. According to the contract they should to be engaged in the agricultural works in Rostov region.
The transport office of Public Prosecutor sees in the happened infringements of many laws and positions. First of all, it is the law “About bankruptcy”, the fact the planes were assembled in the field conditions (instead of specialized hangars), the planes had the operation term expired in February, 2008, and prolongation procedure of that term did not take place. The Office of Public Prosecutor also suspects that the contracts on rent of the planes were signed backdating, and so on.
Let’s note, the competitive management of Open Society “Adygeya Airlines” was used since December, 29th, 2008. The enterprise has great wage debts. As a whole the debts of the enterprise come nearer to 7 million rubles.
