Offers of the Ministry of Economics concerned development during the nearest three years are considered on October, 10th at the glider session of Adygeya Cabinet. The offers were stated by the minister Aslan Tamov in his two-hour report.
At the beginning the minister told about what is already made: agency on hypothecary crediting which would start working in the nearest time is created; private rural farmsteads are being supported, bank gives credits for purchase of cows, as a part of such credits the ministry repays; they help the Maykop enterprise «Promsviaz» to overcome financial crisis – the enterprise received an order for 7 million rubles which in the next year would allow to master volume of works exceeding that parameter three times.
Within the framework of the named program Adygeya economy needs in the next year 100 million rubles on subsidizing, i.e. repayment of bank credits, and 25 million rubles — for development of small business. It is necessary, in A. Tamov’s opinion, to refuse direct budgetary crediting of the real sector and the governmental guarantees on which Adygeya economy «had burnt». That measure would give, as he said, GRP increasing in 2006-2008 in 20,3 percent, would reduce unemployment on one third, and would increase incomes in the budget in 500 million rubles. But if the initiative of Ministry of Economics would not be supported, the situation would be quite on the contrary: «if to take into account that on GRP level we lag behind from average Russian level almost three times that difference would become even greater».
Debate of the cabinet passed without mass-media. It is known only that to the address of the project of Ministry of Economics a reproach in pretentiousness followed, and the project was sent for further working out.Natpress
