In the politician’s opinion, it was strange, why behind the back of the Abkhazian party this problematics was considered and discussed. “As a matter of fact, it is a trap for Abkhazia. And for Russia it is a threat”.
“Nobody saw that document. I personally am not familiar with it. But such offers for us do not carry anything new. It actually means a prelude to a new war. Someone, apparently, is engaged in a self-deception. And we are not going to be engaged in it”, — the Security Council Secretary stated.
Lakoba considered that the Georgian party not only is not going to leave the top part of Kodori gorge, but would try to distribute its jurisdiction and influence farther. Moreover, he said, Georgia is not going to sign the agreement about not renewal of military actions.
In his opinion, the Georgian offer on sectioning of influence spheres in Abkhazia is absurdly and could not be considered by the Abkhazian party.
