The main accused on the case about beating of the honored artist of Russia, the minister of culture of Kabardino-Balkaria Zaur Tutov recognized his fault, ITAR-TASS reported. As they informed in the law enforcement bodies, «24-years old Stanislav Novohatsky who according to the version of the investigators, personally struck Tutov with a beer bottle, had recognized his fault during the preliminary investigation».
Earlier the source had informed that other two arrested persons on that case had had been given out arrest sanction by the court and, thus, under guards there were three accused in the age of 21 till 29 years. In his turn lawyer Ruslan Koblev representing Z. Tutov’s interests, told that «investigation on this case will proceed, and they will organize confrontations between the detained and the suspected».
In the evening on the last Saturday, on March 1st, in the east of Moscow at the recreation center «Falcon mountain» an incident happened during which the minister of culture of Kabardino-Balkaria, singer, national actor of Russia Zaur Tutov suffered. As he said, participants of that attack cried out nationalist slogans.
