In 2000 we, Ibrahim Jihad Zaks and Bairam Mazen Subhi had bought two land sites to the address of: Adygeya Republic, Maykopsky area, Hamyshki settlement, Quay street. The purchase transaction was officially registered, and we have received property right registration certificates on the (first certificate — in 2000, the second one — in 2002).
In 2008 we passed property right re-registration, and receive new certificates with new addresses (street Quay, ## 13-B, 15-B); so with the new cadastral numbers of the land objects, (all the documents are attended).
In the beginning of June, 2009 we found out concrete columns illegally imposed by Ustov B.E. and Khasanov R.K. on the site with the purpose of capturing another’s private property.
We address to you after being convinced that all our attempts to solve this question by lawful ways have not succeeded though our legal correctness was proved by the mentioned official documents! This is an awful illegal arrangement and attempt of unlawful capture of another’s private property.
We convincingly ask you to investigate and to solve positively this question.
