The highest average cost of construction of house apartment in 2007 was fixed in Moscow — 34 thousand 692 ruble for sq. meter.
In December, 2007 the chairman of the State Soviet-Khase of Adygeya Republic Ruslan Ghissovich Hadjebiekov, who in 2007 had headed the Southern-Russian Parliamentary Association (SRPA), had already touched the question of implementation of the national civil-engineering project of construction of cheap and comfortable habitation. According to Hadjebiekov, during the SRPA existence in that sphere a great work allowing speaking about positive results was carried out.
