The ministry of agriculture of Adygeya on behalf of the assistant to the minister Aslan Hapachev warned July 16 the farmers of the republic — debtors to the republican budget. «The one, who does not pay off his debts in this year, will be subjected to impartial procedures on the part of the law-enforcement bodies». Caucasus Times correspondent informs it referring to Adygeya radio.
«This year, — the deputy minister said, — into the budget enterprises of various ownerships should return about 50 million rubles. This process is traced, the Cabinet of ministers holds the question under its control». In A. Hapachev’s opinion, all the borrowers-debtors should understand that there hadn’t been such favorable conditions for paying off the debts in Adygeya.
Let’s note, as a whole in the republic this year the productivity made 43 centners from a hectare: that is greater than the last year’s approximately in 2 units. For today almost 80 % of the agricultural areas engaged in winter crops, are harvested. The total produce made 282 tons of grain, and the final figure, probably, would also exceed that parameter of the last year.
The unusual situation in the Adygeya agriculture is caused by that in the other grain regions of Russia, for example, in nearby Rostov area and Stavropol Territory, the crop strongly suffered because of drought. In that connection, and because of the poor harvests in the other regions of the world the price for grain considerably also increased.
