Adygeyan-Abkhazian Diaspora of Turkey commemorated recognition of Abkhazia and South Ossetia

The Adygeyan-Abkhazian Diaspora of Turkey commemorated recognition of independence of Abkhazia and South Ossetia counter the official policy of the state. In that connection it was cancelled, but people, as it had been announced earlier, gathered in settlement Arapchifli (Shapsugkhabl) in the suburb of Dyuzdzhe on August, 31st.

As it was informed in the information sent by the organizers to the address of “Caucasian unit” correspondent, the interdiction worked that way. If about the plans on carrying out it was spoken in the newspapers, about cancelling it was more preferable to use just oral channels. Therefore many people could not hear about it.

In the information it was also underlined that as ер уorganizers of the action the Adygeya and Abkhazian Khases of Dyuzdzhe province acted. At the meeting the president of “Adyghe Khase” federation Djihan Djamdemir, representative of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Abkhazia on cooperation with the Diaspora of compatriots in Turkey Sonar Gogua and others acted.

Let’s note, the city of Dyuzdzhe is the brother capital of Maykop town, Adygeya. It got that status during the trip of the governmental delegation of the republic to Turkey several years ago.
