Tomorrow, on February 22, in Maykop the session of the Council of the republican movement «Adyghe Khase» is held. The member of the Council Arambiy Hapay informed that to Natpress. As he said, at the session they will consider the question of celebrating the 150th anniversary of Maykop town planned for the beginning of this June.
Let’s remind, the question had been already born for consideration of the Council of the organization – in last summer. However then the leadership of the organization hadn’t paid due attention to the forthcoming celebrating.
It is expected that, as well as then, the basis to discussion will be the article «To the History of Maykop Foundation. The Most Ancient One…» of the republican scientist — historian Nurbiy Lovpache.
It is also expected that the Council of the organization will also consider the celebrating of the 450th anniversary of «voluntary association of Adygeya with the Russian state». Within that question the point of support will be the article “To the 450th of Signing of Military-political Union of Russia and Circassia» in the authorship of the scientist — historian Samir Hotko.
