Authorities of Karachaevo-Circassian capital found unethical to celebrate the Day of the city in connection with mourning in next Kabardino-Balkaria, IА REGNUM correspondent was informed in the city administration. «In past days off in Cherkessk actions on celebrating the 180 anniversary of city were planned; however we cannot celebrate when our neighbors are suffering with such sorrow.
