Arrested on January, 9th by the Georgian authorities the chief of the staff of Russian peacemakers in area Gali of Abkhazia Alexander Kazantsev as well as persons accompanied him during his detention are released after presentation of all necessary documentation and payment of corresponding fine.
About it IА REGNUM correspondent was informed in the regional police of Samegrelo region (Western Georgia) which employees together with employees of the local counterspionage management of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Georgia had detained Kazantsev, his spouse and two persons in Zugdidi town (Georgia).
The reason for their detention was that the car with the Russians moved with different license plates — in front the vehicle had military numbers, and behind — others. The head of the staff of the Russian «blue helmets» explained it with that on the eve his driver had been to Adler and had not had time to change license plates on the car.
