A retort in the press body of the Union of Slavs of Adygeya «Zakubanie» from July 1st was devoted to the decree of the president Vladimir Putin “About the State program of assistance to the voluntary resettlement of compatriots into Russia”. It was published under the heading «Who will receive citizenship/», IА REGNUM correspondent reported.
«As Putin informed in the TV-news on June 26th, — it was spoken in the publication, — in the budget of the country for the next year they will plan means for organization of reception of the compatriots, wishing to return into Russia. Speaking about conditions, Putin declared that everyone who considered Russia his Fatherland would receive the Russian citizenship. Isn’t that too liberal approach?»
Note: the decree is also actively discussed by the other national organizations of Adygeya. So, according to IА REGNUM correspondent, the republican social movement «Circassian congress» is going to ask about Adygeya’s inclusion in the number of the pilot regions of Russia where the program should become the priority. There are the bases for it, the leaders of the organization consider: Adygeyan foreign Diaspora is the second in number after the Russian one.
