The delegation of the republican public organization «Nafna» — its chairman Askerby Namitokov, the vice-president Ali Avgana and the journalist Aslan Shazzo — met on September 18th with the heads of the parliamentary committees, deputies of the State Soviet-Khase Rashid Mugu and Magomed Ashev. At the meeting the situation concerned the problem succession of the post of the Adygeya president was discussed.
The parties agreed with the opinion that about prolongation of Khazret Sovmen’s powers it would be impossible to speak: the most part of the deputies, as well as the most active part of the public are for his leaving. Besides many people demand the preschedule resignation of the president. In such conditions as it was noted at the meeting, it would be hard to provide even just quiet discussion of successor’s nominee and succession of authority.
The deputies and the leaders of «Nafna» agreed to continue to correct their actions to support the civilized course of discussion of the nominee of the future successor, and to participate in such discussions.
