The Supreme Court of Russia considered the complaint of the municipal formation of the town of Cherkessk about cancellation of 12 verdicts of the Supreme court of Karachaevo-Circassia, the mayor of the town Petr Korotchenko informed the journalists on Wednesday.
In particular, among the cancelled verdicts there was the decision on illegitimacy of activities of the structure of the Cherkessk town duma and interdiction of its official activities.
«Thus, now the town duma is capable, and the justice of Russian Federation has no questions about its official powers. Now the town deputies can begin their high-grade work», — Korotchenko notified.
As he said, the juridical proceedings considerably complicate the work of the town administration. «For 150 days we have 83 new juridical cases instituted, that is for each two days, including day off, they instituted a new proceeding», — the mayor added.
«We are going to do responsible all of the judges who make wrongful decisions», — Petr Korotchenko emphasized.
