The deputy of the State Duma of Russian Federation from Adygeya Nicolay Demchuk delivered on September, 28th to the leaders of «Circassian congress » x-copies of the inquiries dispatched by the federal parliament to corresponding instances, the head of the legal group of the organization Zaur Dzeukozhev informed.
As it was found out among such instances, there were the State Office of Public Prosecutor of Russian Federation, the Ministry of regional development of Russian Federation, the Institute of legislation and comparative jurisprudence by the Government of Russian Federation, the Institute of Russian history of the Russian academy of sciences.
In the inquiries it is spoken: «To the address of the chairman of the State Duma of the Federal Assembly of Russian Federation .B.V. Gryzlov a reference Adygeyan republican social movement «Circassian congress» concerning recognition of the fact of the genocide committed by Russian empire against Adygeyan (Circassian) ethnos».In the document there is also a request «in probable short terms to consider questions put in the letter; to state a legal estimation and to give materials for preparation of the competent answer».
