The meeting of the leaders of «Circassian congress» of Adygeya and members of the parliament conciliatory commission, dated on November, 10th (about which it had been spoken in one of the previous news of agency «AdygeyaNatPress») did not take place. At that meeting, we remind, they should discuss the bill on referendum of the republic, which could not be adopted in its current version.
The bill, in the opinion of members of the organization, should contain the items forbidding bringing out on the referendum questions of the status and the borders of the republic.
The meeting did not take place not on the fault of «Circassian congress», as the head of the legal group Zaur Dzeukozhev told us. It was postponed till November, 23rd, and then — till uncertain term. Negotiations, as he said, were conducted with the two chairmen of the committees under the legislation (of the lower and the upper chambers) Anatoly Osokin and Vyacheslav Bekuh.
