In the interests of secret of investigation the Office of Public Prosecutor of Adygeya had stopped any comment concerned the case of the murder of the head of Krasnogvardeysky area Murat Kudaev. The senior assistant to the public prosecutor of the republic Vasily Guk informed that to IА REGNUM correspondent on September 29th. As he said, the decision to make such step was dictated by the course of the investigation. «We find new circumstances that demand that», — he noted. «Eventually, that is our right», — explained Guk.
Let’s remind, Murat Kudaev, the head of Krasnogvardeysky area had been shot with a firearm in the evening on September 25th when he had been driving back home to aul Adamiy from Krasnogvardeysky village — the center of the area. According to the Office of Public Prosecutor for September 28th, they detained several persons; they were interrogated. As the senior assistant remarked, there could be among them those whom would be charged, but many of them could pass on the category of witnesses.
