By the decree of the Adygeya president Khazret Sovmen Kazbek Paranuk was appointed the acting the prime minister of the republic. IА REGNUM correspondent informed that referring to the information of the republican TV of September 16th.
Note: the republican official elite Paranuk entered rather recently — having headed the republican committee under property attitudes. Earlier he was known as the head of Adygeysk town administration and a Sovmen’s protege. He started working on that post as the acting official right after the arrival of the present president. Then he strengthened his political position during the national elections.
The displaced head of the town Kim Mamiek, which was his contender at those elections, initiated litigation against him. Simultaneously he conducted corresponding work among the deputies of the town assembly. Paranuk lost in that opposition, he was discharged. In the summer of 2005 new elections passed; he lost all the same, despite of the visible economic success of his management of the town.
