With the offer on creation of youth chamber by the parliament of Adygeya at the regular session of the Council of representatives of the State Soviet-Khase Mahmud Karataban, the leader of the youth «Unity» acted two days ago. Today, on November, 11th, he gave some explanatory. According to the leader of the youth «Unity», the deputies approved his offer, and it is a first step.
«Youth as we see recently, — told Karataban, — more and more predetermines what occurs in our society. It predetermines, not a secret, tomorrow, too. And the interests of youth should become the component of the state policy».
» At the State Duma of Russian Federation, — he continued, — the youth chamber is created. The principle of formation of this chamber is very simple: one representative from regional chamber by legislative body of the subject. If in the region there is no such chamber – the subject remains not presented in the State Duma and does not work in this body».
