According to the decree of the commander-in-chief of the Russian army Vladimir Putin «About arrangement of frontier in the North-Caucasian region» in the territory Redflagged Circassian boundary group a new modern boundary complex of the frontier post «Perevalka» has been put in operation.
That frontier post is the first in Karachaevo-Circassia that will be formed with the military men who are passing military service on contract basis. Military professionals will be protecting the frontier site between Russia and Georgia.
The frontier post was opened by the chief of the regional boundary Management of the FSB of Russia across the SFD general-colonel Nikolay Lisinsky, the deputy chairman of KCR government, chairman of the frontier arrangement commission of Karachaevo-Circassia Ruslan Kochkarov and other heads of the power structures of Krasnodar territory and Karachaevo-Circassia.
