40 families — representatives of the family dynasties of the doctors, teachers, builders, scientists, journalists, workers of agriculture, many-children’s family are invited to the reception. In the reception the vice-president of the Council of Federation of Russia Svetlana Orlova, deputy of the State Duma from Karachaevo-Circassia Nadezhda Maksimova, chiefs of the bodies of the executive authority of the republic, deputies of the National Assembly participated.
«The Family’s Year» is not an end in itself and not a lumpsum action, and the result of the long-term state politics aimed on improvement to the demographic situation in the country. We have to revive the cult «of the large family», for a family is safe which connects all the relatives and gives forces for development» — the President Karachaevo-Circassian republic Mustafa Batdyev said, opening the celebratory reception.
As Mustafa Batdyev mentioned in his speech, in Karachaevo-Circassia there are more than 3200 families, in which 5 and more children live. «These families should become examples for imitation», — the President of the republic emphasized.
