In Kabardino-Balkaria at the night of July, 21st Anzor Shadov, city dweller of Nartkala, was kidnapped. Armed persons in masks forced Shadov to sit into a car «Gazelle» and took him away into unknown direction, a reader of «Caucasian uzel» informed referring to a witnesses of the incident.
According to the message «Help to Find Anzor!», appeared on July, 26th at the forum of «Caucasian uzel» on behalf of its user anshamin, on July, 21st approximately at 11.00 pm Anzor Shadov, birth of 1986, living in the town of Nartkala of Kabardino-Balkaria, was driving a silvery colored Volkswagen Passat with the state car number M 699 ВУ. At 00:10 am communication with him stopped.
According to a source of the information, there were witnesses who saw that in the town of Nartkala in Krasnaya street Anzor Shadov was stopped by a person in the uniform of the employee of the state motor licensing and inspection department with the silvery colored car VAZ 2110 without state numbers.
«Shadov didn’t managed to go out from his car when it was blocked by a white colored «Gazelle», VAZ 2111 4 and VAZ 2110, all three cars were without state numbers. Armed people in masks pulled out Shadov from his car, having taken him into the “Gazelle”, away in unknown direction», the reader of «Caucasian uzel» informed.
According to the source, one of attackers sat in Anzor Shadov’s Volkswagen and accompanied by the employee of the motor licensing and inspection department went into unknown direction.
That very day parents of the kidnapped addressed to the law enforcement bodies. On July, 22nd employees of the law enforcement bodies informed that Shadov’s car was found near the town, between villages Ghermenchik and Chernaya Rechka. Keys from the car were on its sitting, any car documents were not found.

Earlier «Caucasian uzel» had informed that on December, 15th, 2009 in Kabardino-Balkaria local resident George Nakani had been kidnapped. When Nakani went out his house to buy some medicine, he was seized by three men and taken away in unknown direction. Kidnappers were using two machines. Later it became known that the car, by which the kidnapped had been taken away, was stopped by employees of the motor licensing and inspection department, and its driver showed a special ticket. In the FSB participation in the event is denied. George’s relatives protested against his kidnapping.
In October, 2009 «Caucasian uzel» also informed about disappearance of three inhabitants of Kabardino-Balkaria Timur Beghidov, birth of 1975, from Kenzhe settlement, Ibraghim Shoghenov and Anzor Nagoev from Dugulubgej settlement, left to Ufa city by the refrigerator truck with a cargo of fruit for sale. In Nalchik relatives of the gone men organized a protest action.
