About that Caucasus Times correspondent was informed by a source in the republican law enforcement bodies.
As he said, since January, 13th of this year soldiers of the law and order from other regions of Russia «will cover» the territory of republic with maximal number of their forces. The question of Caucasus Times correspondent, whether it is connected with any information concerned possible insurgents’ activization, the agency’s interlocutor replied that the offer was received from the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia — for more effective keeping of public order and security on the territory of KBR.
Note: after the attack the capital of Kabardino-Balkaria in October of the last year in republic additional militian forces from other regions of Russia had been placed. One of such observers of law and order on one of these days shot dead an employee of the FSB of Russian Federation across KBR.
