Members of Kabardino-Balkarian branch of «United Russia» party supported the initiative on creation of public organization «Self-management of Russia». In Nalchik they met with the deputy of the State Duma, coordinator of «United Russia» on local self-management Anatoly Semenchenko who told about tasks of the new organization.
He emphasized that the basic question that the created public organization is called to solve is assistance in realization of the 131st Federal law «About general principles of organization of local self-management in Russian Federation».
As it became known to IА REGNUM correspondent, Semenchenko noted that the reform of the local self-management faces big difficulties because of that the document many issues were not completely worked out; some positions are indistinctly registered.
Already at the initial stage of realization of the law it became clear that without support on the places, one of the most key reforms passing in Russia could be failed, he emphasized.
The member of the federal parliament expressed his confidence that organization «Self-management of Russia» can unite the deputies of various levels, heads of the local self-management; to provide their dialogue with authority both at the regional, and at the federal levels.
