On July, 1st the organizational session of the new structure of the Election commission of Karachaevo-Circassia took place in Cherkessk town, IА REGNUM correspondent reported. Members of the new structure of the commission voting by show of hands – 10 pro and 4 contra — approved on the post of the chairman of the Election committee of KCR Mehti Bajtokov whose nominee had been offered to the Central Election Committee of Russian Federation.
Bajtokov Mehti Hamidovich is a member of the election commission of KCR with the right of the casting vote since 1999. Within 1999-2007 Bajtokov headed the control-auditing service at the election committee of KCR.
