Deputies of the National assembly (parliament) of Karachaevo-Circassia on Friday had approved Vladimir Kuznetsov’s candidature for the post of the public prosecutor of the republic, RIA «Novosty» informed.
Representing Kuznetsov to the deputies, the president of the republic Mustafa Batdyev noted that the candidate «has a precise understanding of that efficiency of activities of the entire law-enforcement system of our republic depends on which way the Office of Public Prosecutor would work».
The previous public prosecutor of KCR had worked ten months on the post.
