Authorities of Kabardino-Balkaria hope that the republic will cope with liquidation of consequences of the terrorist act by own forces, the chief of the press-service of KBR president Djamilia Hagarova informed IА REGNUM correspondent. At the same time she noted that within fist hours after the happened all the North Caucasian republics had offered its help.
«The first was Chechen Republic, ready to send the employees of the law enforcement bodies having wide experience in struggle against terrorists. Donor blood was sent by authorities of Northern Ossetia-Alania. Offers to render any help send from Adygeya, Karachaevo-Circassia, and Dagestan were received too. Now in the medical institutions of Kabardino-Balkaria there are 106 wounded men; and our experts are sure that this quantity of victims the republic can get recovered by itself», — has noted Hagar ova.
