The parliament of Kabardino-Balkaria will dedicate a private meeting to the analysis of the reasons of the attack at Nalchik on October, 13th. Such decision was passed on Monday at the session of the presidium of republican parliament, ITAR-TASS informed. Members of parliament of the republic plan to understand what made possible such mass attack at the city. The speaker of the parliament Iljas Bechelov declared: «In what ways some officials would calm us that all is under the control, unfortunately, it is not so».
As he said, the attack at Nalchik evidently showed in what absence of state ideology and any system of work with rising generation transforms. «It replaces by the ideology of radical Islam or fascist ideology of skinheads», — told the speaker. Bechelov noted also that numbers of gangsters are filled up with jobless youth. «That just happens in front of us, with connivance of society», — he emphasized.
On behalf of the deputies the head of the parliament condoled with families of the victims.
