KCR leader Boris Ebzeev’s statement in relation to Fral Shebzuhov’s murder

«Our Republic was comprehended with a trouble — the adviser of the president of Karachaevo-Circassian Republic Fral Zul-Karneevich Shebzuhov whom I have… had the infinite respect and human sympathy, is murdered. He was a clever, light and very deep person. High professional of his profession, thus surprisingly tactful, a person who neither with a word, nor in any other way could offend another person. Modern mountaineer observing our traditions, customs, excellent worker who had passed through a good vital school, working in the law-enforcement bodies, working as the head of Adyghe-Khablsky area administration.

I am shaken. I am convinced, it is not a household murder. That is not a murder connected with business as I know for sure, he had no such business. To build versions is an issue of investigation. As to me, I am sure this murder has political underlying reasons.

I have reported the head of our district Alexander Gennadievich Khloponin about this brutal crime. I shall address to the heads of the law-enforcement bodies of the Federal level to assist the law enforcement bodies of our republic so that guilty criminals would have been exposed and have incurred fair punishment.
