A signal number of the newspaper «The Information-analytical Bulletin» of the Kabardino-Balkarian legal expert center was published. As the head of the Center Valery Hatazhukov informed IА REGNUM correspondent the newspaper is being published for a while by circulation up to one thousand copies, with monthly periodicity. In the opinion of the legal expert, the objective press in KBR is necessary, so the circulation will be increased.
In interview to IА REGNUM Valery Hatazhukov assessed the situation: «In Kabardino-Balkaria political mode formed at which there is no division of authorities. There is no an independent parliament, an independent court, independent press. Corruption prospers, elective processes pass with the roughest infringements. In the republic there has been a long economic crisis «.
Hatazhukov considers that resolution of these problems lays in establishing of public control above authority. The press organ of Kabardino-Balkarian legal expert centre is measured to be used for development of publicity and public discussion of negative processes in the society and authorities.
