Your Excellency,

I’m extremely pleased to take the opportunity and send your Excellency, on behalf of the Federation of Caucasian Associations in Turkey, my warmest congratulations regarding your appointment as Prime Minister of the Republic of Abkhazia.

Abkhazia has reached outstanding economic, social and political development and progress, despite aggression, blockade and isolation. All our compatriots are convinced that Abkhazia will continue becoming a free, democratic and prosperous country. I’m certain that your outstanding political experience and personal abilities will allow you to burden yourself with the responsibility which has been imposed on you. I hope for the continuation of good and close cooperation between the Motherland and the Diaspora in order to gain the objects we all share.
