Despite of the close beginning of the cold season, problems of housing and communal services in Adygeya are far from being solved, IА REGNUM correspondent informed. For example, in many not gas-provided settlements of Maykopsky district tons of fuel are not delivered so far. What causes not lesser concern is the situation with debts for energy supplies which total sum already makes 223,6 million rbl.
The critical condition of the available housing that reduces efficiency of heating, is now in Jablonovsky settlement, aul Tlustenkhabl, Adygeysk town where in some way negative influence of the Krasnodar water basin’s affecting. Meanwhile in the republic it is prepared 81 percent of the necessary quantity of coal.
Nevertheless, the general technical readiness of objects of housing and communal services of the republic for this winter ministry of construction and housing and communal services of Adygeya considered to be positive.
Because of the heavy financial position the ministry of construction and housing and communal services of Adygeya prepared a letter addressed to the minister of regional development A.Jakovlev and to the plenipotentiary of the president in the SFD D. Kozak with the request for help in repayment of debts for municipal services. The Cabinet of the republic also applied to the federal authorities about assistance in liquidation of 130 million rbl. deficiency which was found out in the republican budget while working up plans of preparation for winter.natpressru.ru
