Minister of culture of Adygeya is Gaziy Chemso

By the decree of the Adygeya president the republican minister of culture is appointed Gaziy Chemso.

Let’s note, during the last years of Khazret Sovmen’s presidency Gaziy Chemso had headed that republican body. Then the ministry included as a division the present Committee of Adygeya Republic on nationalities, connections with compatriots and mass-media.

Aslan Tkhakushinov, having come to powers, disbanded the Cabinet. He reorganized the ministry, too, having removed the committee from the structure of the ministry. Gaziy Chemso was offered then to head the again created committee. He refused.

Let’s remind, NatPress earlier had written about the forthcoming personnel decision: “Now, if to speak about the empty armchair of the minister, art workers have returned to the former conditions — everyone for himself. Everyone, for example, considers that nobody else but he is worthy this ministerial armchair. And would he consult, or not it was not undertaken into account.

Meanwhile, it is easy to define: those who will consult are too few. Each applicant has the zero rating in the same cultural community, and these few people have not too much higher than zero. The cultural community does not like (and not only in Adygeya) to appreciate colleagues’ advantages.

Those who are talented, are only three-four among people of the pre-pension age, and one-two — among youngsters. The middle-aged generation, probably, is outside of Adygeya and already for ever.

It will turn out that if the president chooses a person with the zero rating very few people will note that the choice is not fair. That, most likely, will happen. And then again, having held breathing, the cultural elite waits for a miracle. No, not that good minister would be appointed, and that the choice, at last, would fall on him”.

We are glad that our unfavourable prediction was not justified for this time. The one who, in our opinion, will consult, is appointed. We wish the newly appointed minister good luck.
