Minister of Finance of Adygeya Tatyana Kirillova has again started execution of her duties since the beginning of this week. IА REGNUM correspondent was informed that today, on November 8th, by informed source of the House of the republican government. Over a week ago another source had informed IА REGNUM correspondent that Kirillova had had written an application for vacation with subsequent dismissal. Then she picked up her things and left for Moscow.
Then, we shall remind, on a question on, whether her dismissal was connected, in his opinion, that the president of Adygeya Khazret Sovmen did not hope for prolongation of his powers, the source was at a loss to respond. At the same time it was noted that the republican deputies of the last and the present convocation had tried to raise the question about Kirillova’s discrepancy to her official post. But every time Sovmen defended her. The source explained that circumstance with that in due time Kirillova had worked a bookkeeper in the gold mining enterprise of the president.
Now, according to the new source, the minister was compelled to return in connection with necessity of adoption of the next year budget, which project should be presented to the State Soviet-Khase before November 1st. Kirillova prepared that financial document to the appointed term and handle it to the acting prime minister Kazbek Paranuk. However the head of the cabinet «scrapped» the document and returned it for completion.
As Kirillova supposed, the source explained, she would stay in the republic up to the end of this week. However, the source said, her plan could be failed. The matter is that the deputies of the present convocation are «serious people» – and for certain will find necessary to make in the project the budget their changes, too. And they, it would be possible to assume would be also significant.
