Questions of division of powers of the executive authorities and the local self-management of Kabardino-Balkaria were discussed at the meeting at KBR president.
In the opinion of president Arsen Kanokov, heads of municipal formations who would be appointed to the posts on the competitive basis, should understand questions of the budget formation.
As he said, heads not coping with their duties, would be dismissed in a year. He also supported working out of plans of social and economic development of each municipal formation in Kabardino-Balkaria.
«In each settlement there are 5-6 basic problems. It is necessary to form plans, and to detail for every year what should be varied there», — told Kanokov.
