The authority has proved today in rather clear way — using the Ministry of Emergency Measures it organized a concert at the place of carrying out of the picket. As to why the picketeers were met by no republican high-ranking official it can be explained with that the authority did not defined so far. Though it’s been a long time to do that — since the moment of the first reference two weeks passed. Further intensity will just accrue.
Therefore they have to decide. It is necessary to undertake some actions in social and economic spheres. Stagnation in all the spheres cannot proceed so long.
The chairman of the Council of Maykop workers Valentine Melnikov:
It seems to me that many events depend on the litigation going now. If the court makes the fair decision the authority should give back people big money. And the authority, probably, plans something to make the court not announce such verdict.
As to us the republican authorities simply do not know what to tell us. Also does not know what to do to us.
