In Adygeya Egor Goriajnov was dismissed from the post of the head of the Presidential Administration and Cabinet of Ministers of the republic. As it was informed in the decree of the leader of the republic Aslan Tkhakushinov, the dismissal was carried out «according to the subitem «ч» clause 78 of the Constitution of Adygeya Republic, item 3 of clause 77 of the Labour Code of Russian Federation». As the basis to it Goriajnov’s application served.
As the chief of the president press-service Ilias Bedanokov explained to “Caucasian unit” correspondent, the ex-prime minister of the republican cabinet of ministers Vladimir Samozhenkov occupied the post of the chief of the republican president administration. Thus the prime minister’s armchair was occupied by Murat Kumpilov, a little bit earlier being the vice-premier, and even earlier heading the tax service in the republican capital — Maykop.
Let’s note, Egor Goriajnov headed the presidential administration from the moment of Aslan Tkhakushinov’s coming to powers. It is considered that the reason of the rearrangements was persistence of the president, who, in his turn, nodded to Moscow, at the moment of election of the speaker of the State Soviet-Khase. Then Tkhakushinov had insisted to that the deputies offered as candidates for the speaker’s post only Russian candidatures.
The opposition lasted for several months, and the present rearrangement in the president’s team pursued the purpose of an Adyg’s appointment as the prime minister that, probably, the president had promised the deputies in exchange for the Russian head of the republican parliament.
