The president of Russia Vladimir Putin signed decrees «About celebrating the 450th anniversary of the voluntary association of Kabardino-Balkaria to the Russian state», «About celebrating the 450th anniversary of the voluntary association of Adygeya to the Russian state» and «About celebrating the 450th anniversary of the voluntary association of Karachaevo-Circassia to the Russian state». The Russian president press-service informed that on September 9th.
The mentioned events will take place in 2007. In that connection the organizing committees on preparation and carrying out the celebrations will be created and plans of the basic actions will be approved.
