The assistant to the General public prosecutor of Russia Nikolay Shepel presented on November, 7th to Mustafa Batdyev the new public prosecutor of Karachaevo-Circassia. As IА REGNUM correspondent was informed in the press-service of the president of the republic, Vladimir Kuznetsov — the 41-years-old assistant to the public prosecutor of Stavropol Territory — would take the post. His candidature would be submitted for approval at the nearest session of the National Assembly of Karachaevo-Circassia.
Vladimir Kuznetsov’s predecessor — Michael Bakulin — worked on the post of the public prosecutor of the republic only 11 months. Officials did not make any comments for the reason of his resignation. It is only known that Bakulin had already said about his nearest resignation on September, 20th «in connection with reappointment in the apparatus of the plenipotentiary of the president of Russia in the Southern Federal district Dmitry Kozak».
