The public prosecutor of KCR Vladimir Kuznetsov today at the first press conference declared that the work of the law enforcement bodies in the republic was insufficient. «The number of registered crimes grows but their general discovery falls down and for today has made for about 51 percent. The work of the law enforcement bodies is insufficient, as it is caused by weakness of the operative positions and that personnel staff that we have now in the law-enforcement bodies» – said the public prosecutor of republic.
He also noted that for the last few years no employee of Office of Public Prosecutor of republic became a figurant of any criminal case. But he assured that if such facts were revealed, institution of criminal proceedings would follow immediately.
«In general, the staff of the Office of Public Prosecutor is capable to carry out the problems assigned to it. But it does not mean that there would not be personnel rearrangements in the future. The primary factor for us will be professional characteristics, instead of a national identity of our employees», — explained the public prosecutor of Karachaevo-Circassia.
He addressed in addition to inhabitants of KCR with request to cooperate more actively with the bodies of the Office of Public Prosecutor and to help in revealing facts of corruption, bribery and other infringements of law.
