Yesterday, on September, 26th the chairman of «Circassian congress » Murat Berzegov and the head of the legal group Zaur Dzeukozhev met the deputy of the State Duma from Adygeya Nicolay Demchuk, the leader of the legal group informed. According to Dzeukozhev, the deputy conversed to them that the process of consideration by the State Duma of «Circassian congress » address had started: the parliament of Russia had dispatched inquiries in corresponding instances.
«Circassian congress» leaders, from their part, delivered to the deputy originals of the references about recognition of Adygeyan people’s genocide from public organizations of Karachaevo-Circassia — «Adyghe Khase» and «Circassian congress», and also told that address of support to recognition of the genocide was sent to the State Duma by the Tatar public center (Naberezhnye Chelny city).
