U-shu world champion Usiui Ben Lin Tszy held seminar in Adygeya

The World champion on u-shu of 2006 Usiui Ben Lin Tszy led a master-class in Adygeya. On May, 6th, the visitor from China left the republic.

“It has been already the third arrival of Usiui Ben Lin Tszy to Adygeya, the chairman of the U-shu Federation of Adygeya Vladimir Vasilchenko mentioned. Arrival of the champion is always a significant event for the sportsmen of our republic and the next regions for all who aspire to get unique lessons of the master”.

As Radio of Adygeya reported, the seminar lessons for 60 sportsmen from Adygeya republic, as well as Kabardino-Balkaria, Krasnodar region and Rostov area passed on the basis of sanatorium “Mountain Village” in Maykopsky area.

Basically the training was consisted of the practical part, it was spoken in the information. The master demonstrated the sports complexes of u-shu, some new techniques — with armour and without it, as well as organized health improving training.
