More than 130 million rbl. in the nearest future would be transferred from the republican budget on repayment of debts of cities and areas of Kabardino-Balkaria before workers of the budgetary sphere. About it as IА REGNUM correspondent reported, the president of the Kabardino-Balkarian Republic Arsen Kanokov informed today, on November, 18th, at the meeting with heads of local administrations. At the same time he warned the heads of local government institutions that since the next year they would be obliged to provide strict execution of their budgetary obligations.
«You are the main managers of your areas, and you should collect taxes, be informed where you have items of growth, how to carry out account obligations, and to represent the balanced budgets to the Ministry of Finance of republic with clear understanding that for the budget only you are responsible», — declared Kanokov, addressing to the heads of local administrations. He noted that at the next year budgets’ forming they should designate among their priorities duly payment of wages and compensations to the power-energetic companies.
