The former prisoner of terrorists’ prison on the USA military base in Guantanamo (Cuba) Rasul Kudaev is detained by the law enforcement bodies of Kabardino-Balkaria on suspicion in participation in the attack at the capital of the republic on October, 13th, informed on Sunday to RIA “Novosty” by a source in the law enforcement bodies of the republic. «We have indications of one of the arrested persons that Kudaev took part in the attack at Nalchik and participated in the attack at the post of motor licensing and inspection department on entrance to settlement Hasania where the 2-nd city clinical hospital is located», — the source told. He emphasized that that information is being checked, and Kudaev «meanwhile is only detained».
Kudaev, a 24-years old inhabitant of Hasania settlement, had been detained by the American military men in Afghanistan during the military actions in the country; and together with 7 other Russian citizens he was placed in the American prison on the military base Guantanamo on Cuba. Last year he was removed to Russia then — released because of insufficiency of proofs of his fault.
